“Timbie” our adjoining property is home to our very own olive grove.  SIX THOUSAND olive trees are harvested in around April each year.  The olive trees produce TIMBIE OLIVE OIL – cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. 

It’s the secret ingredient you’ve been searching for. 

Unfortunately, due to the dry season we are unable to produce 'Timbie Olive Oil' in 2020.  Although, we remain dedicated to production in 2021.
